All electrical components—like the fan, motor, sensor, and power button—are covered for three full years from the date of purchase. If something isn’t working like it should, we’ll troubleshoot with you and ship out a replacement part at no cost. No guesswork. No hassle.
Thinking about a return? No problem. Just make sure the unit is unused and in original condition, and we’ll issue a full refund.

The warranty for the OGO™ Nomad is for 3 years just like the other toilet.
The Nomad is designed to be durable, portable, and easy to maintain—no electrical parts, no moving pieces, no problem. But if anything isn’t holding up the way it should, we’ll make it right. That includes replacement parts shipped to you at no cost if something’s not working properly.
Thinking of a return? As long as the unit is unused and in original condition, we’ll issue a full refund—no stress.
