The vent output and power jack output are installed in the back right of the toilet. The insert (vent insert) is inter-changeable to the left-hand side of the toilet as well.
The center of the vent hose is about 13" from the floor.

The vent output swivels for direct back or direct side or anywhere in between.
The power jack is right behind the vent output (T-Bar) and is located about 12.25" off of the ground.
