How Do We Ship OGO™ Compost Toilets and Other Products

We make shipping straightforward—whether you're ordering a single unit or coordinating a bulk shipment.

Shipping Within the U.S.

All direct-to-consumer orders are shipped via UPS Ground from our fulfillment center in Ohio. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your shipment goes out.

What to Expect:

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

• Signature is not required unless requested before shipment.

• If your package arrives damaged, take photos and contact us right away—we’ll help with the claims process.

Shipping Outside the U.S.

We do not ship internationally to individual customers. All international orders must go through authorized distributors.

If you're not a distributor but want to arrange your own international shipping, here's what you'll need to do:

Requirements for International Freight:

• Secure a licensed freight broker or shipping agent

• Schedule pickup from our facility in Ohio

• Handle all export logistics and customs documentation

For secured accounts or special-case orders, we can provide the required paperwork (e.g., commercial invoice, packing slip) upon request.
