How Can I Tell If the Motor in My OGO™ Origin Is Actually Working
If your agitator isn’t spinning, don’t stress—it’s easy to pinpoint the cause, and we’re here to walk you through it.
Step 1: Bypass the timer and send power straight to the motor.
Connect the motor wires directly to your 12V power supply. We show you how in the video.
If the motor spins counterclockwise right away—it’s good.
If the motor works, the issue is elsewhere.
That rules out the motor. Next possible causes:
-
Loose wiring
-
Stripped cog
-
Faulty timer
If the motor doesn’t spin—it’s the motor.
We’ll help you get a replacement sorted.
